Venue

SGMUN is held at St. Georg’s Austrian High and Trade School. Access to the building by public transport is easy and fast, as most of the city is accessible directly via metro, tram, bus or ferry. For this reason, delegates should prioritize walking and taking public transportation whenever possible.

Possible routes to the venue are:
By bus: The Şişhane 1-2-3-4-5, Karaköy and Perşembe Pazarı bus stops are all within walking distance of the school.
By funicular / “Tünel”: Both stations of the Tünel are within walking distance of the station, but due to the venue being situated between the two stations, the Karaköy station is more suited for your return journey.
By metro: The Şişhane station of the M2 line is the station closest to the venue. The preferable exits are Vergi Dairesi and 6. Daire
By tram: The Karaköy station of the T1 tram line is likewise close to the venue, but participants should be wary of the steep incline leading to the venue.
By ferry: Both the Karaköy Şehir Hatları and the Karaköy Turyol piers are within walking distance, and the walk from these is the same as the one from the T1 Karaköy station.
